Code #95365 and a T3 with a Capital LOSS
Feel like I have to start a new topic as the turbotax dev team think they have a fix that they sent out this morning.
Note - I have applied the update, but I have a T3 that I am splitting with my wife and she has a net Loss.
The example screenshots that were shared by the turbotax admin do not show a net Loss.
We need a fix for those with T3's applying against a net loss. In my instance, my wife's T936 form does NOT show the values coming over from the T3.

Troubleshooting
I have the same issues since both my husband and I have a capital loss. I don't want to submit the NETFILE again, risking having our account locked. TurboTax needs to come up with a fix for it.

Troubleshooting
That is correct box 21 (gain or loss) is not populating 68140 of T936 if you have a capital loss on line 19900 of T3 but CRA is asking for 68140 to be populated. The amount on T3 has already incorporated the amount from Box 21 so not required again but CRA is incorrect in asking for it populated if the over amount on 19900 of T3 is negative.
Still cannot NETFILE.

Troubleshooting
Saw the following message this morning when I was going to try and file.
If you see one of the following error codes, it's due to a CRA issue affecting all tax software in Canada. We're working with the CRA to get this resolved. Please come back after April 14 to file. Error codes: 2508, 2515, 45555, 90228, 90308, 95031, 95033, 95034, 95365 or 99915.
I have used Turbo Tax for years to file my personal taxes and have encountered error 95365. I happen to be working at an accounting firm this year doing tax return prep and it's been a nightmare - probably 50% of slips are not in client's My CRA accounts so 'auto fill' is impossible and we have to track down everyone's paper copies. This is all on the CRA and their January update - see Globe & Mail article updated this morning entitled Where are your tax slips.

Thank you for the information; I hope this issue is rectified by mid-April.
