@scribbles934 Make sure your Windows OS is up to date. Or installation issues, make sure you are following these points:
- You have the administrator rights on the profile you are installing TurboTax on
- You are not trying to install on a cloud
- Turn off your antivirus software and Windows Defender, before installation
- Try this link to download TY23: https://intuitglobal.intuit.com/downloads/CanadaTax/2023/dls/TurboTax_2023.exe
