Hi Rudy,
I finally received a response from Turbo Tax today.
Regarding your Accurate Guarantee Claim#0Xxxxx
- "Your request under the Accurate Guarantee for reimbursement of interest and/or penalties paid to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for tax year 2021, 2022 and 2023 has been reviewed.
We have determined that TurboTax Desktop met the standards we expect while facilitating the preparation of your tax return, and I am unable to approve your claim for reimbursement."
I'm not too impressed 😡😡
