My last comment as you seemed to have missed the point. Also, I have submitted this year's forms.
In TurboTax, when entering the medical expenses the first time, it allows you to choose, but says you can change it later. THE BUG IS that you **cannot** change the spouse assignment for the Quebec part of the process. Flipping the Federal forms works fine for the Federal assignment, but does NOT change the Quebec assignment. There is no other place that I have found that would allow me to change the Quebec assignment. certainly nothing helpful in the help section.
I don't know how to create a bug report to TurboTax - it all seems to send me the this Community Forum.
