Troubleshooting

"urgent need for accountability and decisive action to resolve these issues". 

 

We have been waiting for a solution for over 3 weeks now.  Funny how you are passing the blame to CRA and not taking any action or accountability for the issues.  If you expect any of these users to continue using your software in the future, we would expect some sort of compensation for the delays.  Some of us are expecting a significant refund, and have no way of getting our money.
