I contacted CRA Wednesday morning, to verify what T936 expects, there is a wait... I called for explanation of T936 but there is an option (press 1) to get your account unlocked. (it tells you to have tax documents available to validate account, maybe T1 from last year?...) This link was on my https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/corporate/contact-information.html#tbl-personal If you click on the link, you get this message and it shows a wait time.
It seems I cannot put phone numbers in this message but if you click the link above, then you should see something like this with phone number...
Get help to unlock My Account or make payments:
