Ok folks, forgive me if this has already been talked about, but I didn’t want to sift through all the forum correspondence.
So, I was having trouble with the 95365 error. That is FIXED!
Went to file the return but got the error: “box 52 plus box 54 and 56 must not be greater than box 52”. Same message for box 53. “Box 53 plus 55 plus 57 cannot be greater than box 55”
So I reviewed this information on my T3 slips. All was well. Nearly put my fist through the computer because again it would not allow the Netfile process due to what it considered to be an error. (Even though there wasn’t one in my opinion). Believe me I triple checked the numbers.
Solution: I zeroed out those lines on the T3 slips and then re-entered them. Presto, it was no longer an error and Netfile is complete. This has been the most stressful tax season I have experienced in close to 40 years. If it’s like this in the future, I guess I will be paying someone to do my taxes!!
