A year later and this hasn't been improve AT ALL. There are posts on this form going back to 2019 on your forums.
Intuit - we have all received forms with boxes 132, 134 and with a split/at least 2 Box 135. Update your easy step process to accommodate. If I wanted to mess around with manual forms - I'd just go buy a considerably less expensive product.
The instructions you've used are also lousy as to how to resolve box 135 - entering "Global" as per somewhere else is not an option.
