@vbanman you can't upload a form in TurboTax. To have the subcontractors, you will have to fill out a T2125 B, or, because you have subcontractors expenses, you can enter a T2125 P for your income and expenses and a T2125 B for your subcontractors.
We recommend you confirm both suggestions with CRA, before NETFILE, to make sure you can do one or the other.
