I have all the same complaints as those above. The T5013 I receive has two boxes for 135 (one for BMU and one for USA) but nothing in TurboTax tells you how to enter the information. You can't just add them together because the country codes are different. Why can't Intuit fix this form in TurboTax when the complaints have been ongoing since 2019?

From TurboTax Online's T5013 page:
Source country of foreign income - definition
Enter the country where the income was generated or earned. If the income is from a global fund (possibly from more than one country) or if you don't know which country the income is from, enter Global.
So you can combine the amounts in Box 135.
