For your RRSP issue, we will need you to give us more details about this issue.
ReFILE is free. If you tried to ReFILE and made changes to your return that impact the edition you originally NETFILE with, or added extra services (like Assist & Review), the software will ask you for the extra charge. But, same as your RRSP issue, we will need more details to assist you properly, like the order number of the original return.
If you think you were reassessed due to miscalculation in the software, we can help you submit a claim to the Accuracy Guarantee policy.
In your post, you said you also had an issue with your TurboTax product you bought in 2023 at Costco, can you tell us what the issue was?
