Follow-Up on Refund Request – Payment Not Found

I have requested my refund.It has now been more than the stated 5-7 business days, but I have not yet received my refund.

Additionally, when I enter my information to request a refund, I keep receiving the message: "We are unable to find this charge. Please check the date and amount and try again." However, I made this payment using my credit card, and I have accurately entered all required information. What to do?

Troubleshooting

Your refund has been processed, and the amount has been refunded to the credit card that you used to make your purchase.
