Troubleshooting

I have spent parts of two days on Turbotax support trying to get them to honour their 40% discount I received in an email from them on April 23. This was a total of 51 minutes yesterday and 85 minutes today with no resolution.

The last person I talked to said it was a discount offered until April 16 when the email clearly says April 30. As we were not able to get a screen capture to work a program called glance it was essentially they would not do anything for me.

As I had paid and submitted my taxes it was too late even though I explained my assumption from the email was the discount would apply on checkout which I mistook apparently as before I filed.

The first day as I had to leave after 51 minutes I received an email saying the file was closed and had to explain everything again the next day even though I was told it was all going to be on file.

I am now waiting for s callback from a supervisor which I am told will be in 48 to 72 hours.

Very disappointed s I sit and wait.
