Troubleshooting
I bought Assist & Review for my daughter's return that I do on my desktop. I purchased it April 24 and have the purchase code etc. Got the email confirmation. I have now finished the return but when I try to book the review, I get the purchase screen,and not the book screen. It doesn't seem to register that I already bought it.
How can I trigger the assist and show that I have a purchase order code already?
