Troubleshooting

My code for the Online Deluxe version I bought at Costco does not work either. I am putting it in at the payment time because the activation page I went to at the start did not give me the option to put it in then. The error message is "Something's not right. Try re-entering your code." I did try several times and it doesn't work. I saw the advice to call a Turbo Tax specialist at [phone number removed]. I called and got an AI who offered to send me a helpful link. It goes to a page with advice on installing previous year's versions, and to call the helpful number. This is horrible customer service. I have used Turbo Tax for many years now, but next year I will try to find a different product. I liked the CD but I HATE the online version and this only makes it worse. TT has just lost a customer.
