I keep failing to impress upon you that the issue is not the warning. Forget the warning. The issue is as stated in the subject line: Carrying charges for fees for investment advice shows up in the Alternative Minimum Tax Easy Step.
Fees for investment have nothing to do with Alternative Minimum Tax. TT2024 has a bug that needs fixing. The warning is just a byproduct of that bug.
