Troubleshooting
@stalbertsam Your case is attached to INV-33858. An update in April fixed the issue for many users, but an additional update occured on May 19th that should resolve the issue for the rest of TurboTax Online users. If you aren't seeing the changes, please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser).
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

Troubleshooting
I spent 2 hrs on the phone and uploading documentation that proved where the error was in the Turbo Tax program. I was the first person to find the problem. Will I, be compensated with a 2025 tax program for free, for debugging the Turbo Tax 2024 program?
Just as an acknowledgement of my effort and time spent with your experts.

@stalbertsam Unfortunately, we can't give you a free product for 2025, but you can request a refund for your 2024 software from this page: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/turbotax-support/en-ca/help-article/taxation/get-refund-turbota...
