I was expecting a refund but did not rec. it. Checked my account and it shows a negative balance but no deposit. Cwb shows on the line above as credit. What is going on?
Balance shows -$1,015 as on May 15 2025. Line above shows cwb of -$2,400 credited to my account. Why did I not get the $1,015 ?
