Didn't receive email receipt with instructions and license code

Hi,

 

I purchased TurboTax Desktop 2024 from TurboTax website and didn't receive the email with the license code so that I can finish installing the software. Can you please send/resend the email?

Hi,

Yes, I have been checking my spam/junk folder. No emails. I purchased the product on May 24 and to date I haven't received an email with the license code. Please resend.

@KC1121 I've sent you a private message. You can check your private messages by logging into the community and clicking on the envelope icon on the top left of the page.

 

Once you've written your reply message, if you don't see the "Reply" button, use the tab key on your keyboard.
