i want a refund from turbo tax, i paid 135 for the tax assistance and there whole program doesnt work. i wasted money.

the upload isnt working, ive tried using brave, chrome, my laptop instead of my desktop and nothing is working so i want a refund. im done trying with this headache of a ripoff
