Troubleshooting

Thank you again.

 

I'm currently on the US forum, and there don't seem to be any solutions.

 

When I call TurboTax on the phone, no solutions there either, other than they are "making a notation on my account."

 

I now cannot do any TurboTax updates until I have a TurboTax rep on the phone in case each update "uses up" another computer, even though I am on the same computer I've been on since original installation. 

 

Frustrating and disappointing.
