Unresponsive Account Settings button. Two different browsers. Cleared cache and cookies. No active VPN. Why?
I've also tried hitting both "Create a different return" and "Start your return", then clicking Account Settings in the lower left, to no avail. No error messages, no progress indicator; just unresponsive. Ultimately, I'm just looking to update my account details.

Troubleshooting
Solution: Initiate a tax return. Though the Account Settings button is visible on TurboTax’s landing page after signing in, in the context of a new tax year and in the absence of an existing return (completed or not), these Settings could not be accessed. Once I’d initiated a new return and moved through a few screens, the button was rendered active.
