I purchased the Deluxe Online edition this evening and have just tried downloading the program. I am not sure why you people make this program so ridiculous to use. I have been using this program as long as I can remember. The last two years I have had issues. Firstly, You show 6 boxes on your download page but not the mauve one which is the one I bought so I selected the Standard box. When I enter the activation code it says that the account is invalid. I tried again and selected the Basic and again it wouldn't accept it. finally I went back and tried a different portal and selected the Online program and it is saying my uses are all used. Try making this easier to use. I will not go through this again next year. I will use the Government Free Program
