I screwed up last year ...
Greetings!
Not sure if this is the right place but ....
I messed up my return last year online twice and paid $80., do to my mistakes interpreting your online method. I ended up filing a paper return with UPS because of the mail strike. I'd love a refund but it was my fault getting confused by your web app. I was hours waiting on the phone, they couldn't help me.
Anyways, Does Turbotax now think my last online return i did is legit because it doesn't know about my manually mailed one? Do I have I have to correct all the incorrect transferred entries? Payment went through for both intuit transactions, the netfiles failed as far as I can tell? CRA web site down today.
TIA,
Andy W

Troubleshooting
TurboTax return files are all separate, so if you have two returns for yourself, and change or file one, the other will not update or change. I would recommend logging into 2024, confirming which return is the one that you actually filed, and deleting any other copies to avoid confusion.
FYI: The Canada Revenue Agency’s ReFile & NETFILEs service are closed for maintenance. The services will re-open on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. (Eastern Time).
