All the locked forms will be unlocked and ready by the 20th of March, 2025, and you will be able to print/save/Netfile. We appreciate your patience.

UPDATE: All forms for 2024 are unlocked.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please update your software (Help>Update).

If you are using TurboTax Online, you may need to clear your cache and cookies to see the changes, or you can try using another browser.

I have same error for TT in 2026 on 2025 software.  Bought license.  Re-downloaded install and after uninstalling and rebooting and still says product is up to date but 2025 forms not final Feb 17 2026!  Thats crazy but why cant I print working copies of forms.  Will Netfile work when the time comes??   I am quickly losing confidence in Intuit products   Suggestions welcome. 

@Taxit NETFILE is not opened until Monday, February 23, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). Until then you won't be able to print or file any forms.

Thanks @TurboTaxSusan thought that was the issue but would be a good thing to include in error message.

Would still like to print working copies of forms like DSUM even if they are watermarked "preliminary".   

If its going to be a Intuit policy to not release updates until CRA filing day long-time users like me won't be users. 

@Taxit Updates have been released since TurboTax 2025 was released in December, in fact one was just released this week. You are just not able to print or file until NETFILE opens. This is not new - it's been like this for several years.

If you really want a copy right now of forms like DSUM, you can take screenshots. Just remember that they might change between now and when the forms are finalized.

@TurboTaxSusan For some reason this year's TurboTax never found any post-install updates from the day I installed it early Dec until today. 

Tonight when I opened it Feb 19 2026 it FINALLY found an update and printing is now enabled. 

Not sure what the issue was nothing has changed but perhaps others can check if their App updates and the "At the time of manufacturing Gov forms not final" stops  popping up.
