I get this error when I try to netfile:
Message from CRA | | The Canada Revenue Agency is unable to process your return due to conflicting information related to one or more of the following:A date of entry was indicated without indicating the residency status as immigrant.You indicated a residency status of immigrant without providing a date of entry.A date of departure was indicated without indicating the residency status as emigrant.You indicated a residency status of emigrant without providing a date of departure. I have inputted their date of arrival into Canada as well as their income before coming to Canada and I keep getting this error. If I do their taxes in another program I can netfile with no problem. |
