I was just on the phone with turbotax for more than hour for the very same reason. Not only was I not told that the Employment expenses CCA forms weren't ready, I paid for filing two returns before having them kicked back to me. When I tried to file again a few days later, I keep getting directed to the pay screen, despite already having paid $90! After a very frustrating hour + on the phone with a turbotax agent who did not know what they were doing, I was finally told I would receive a refund, but that it will take several weeks to process. Incredibly frustrated!
