@user17720364807 "By the end of the week" refers to Saturday, March 7th. On March 5th (today), the desktop version was completed.

Troubleshooting
Initially, I have heard the 5th and 6th, not thr 7th. Technically, end of week is Friday at 6pm as that is regular weekday businesses hours and the government is weekday 9 to 5 jobs. It should be expected to be tomorrow that this is fixed. Any excuses is not valid and dismissable because this should have been up and running February 26th, 2026 when it was advertised that netfile was open for all and full operational for clients by your company and CRA which it is for accountants and other software and online platforms like uFile. And people paid without a red flag on the system prior to preparing taxes and paying alerting the issue with the CCA form, again false advertisement. This should be reported and a class action. Any other date is whatever you decided is best for you. What guarantees us that the software developers are working around the clock, or just sitting on their asses not caring? If I owned the company I would hire extra workforce and ensure around the clock work was happening to provide the opening of these forms as immediately as possible. But doesn't seem like this is a best practice for your business...

This is the last time I will be using turbo tax. Ufike is half the price and I could have filed on the 23rd. Taking money from customers and telling them after that cant file yet is shady. Topped off by 5 to 7 days for a refund decision?! Never again

Don't mistake it for patience. Your company did not make us aware prior to payment. Followed by 5 to 7 days for a refund decision. I will never use turbotax again

@Scottink, we can understand your frustration, and I will pass on your feedback to the assigned department. If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please update your software. All forms in TTD are available except for the TP-726.7. Or if you are using the online version, we are working to finalize the forms, and the ETA is by the end of this week. We greatly appreciate your patience. Thank you.

Your post says we will receive an email by March 5th telling us that it is ready. It is March 5th and there has not been an email and I am still getting the same message that the CCA form is not ready.

I hope you guys know this is insane. Like, what the heck is even happening here? This should've been resolved literally on the 26th when everything was actually finalized with CRA. First it was March 5th, now it's the end of the week, Saturday? When government hours aren't even working? Are you guys going to provide a refund for everyone? Like that's my question. I feel like you guys need to give every single person here a refund for what's going on. The fact that TurboTax is the ONLY company that has failed to update in a reasonable time is ridiculous. The fact that I can't file along with everyone else in this thread on time is nuts. You guys owe a refund or some sort of credit for everyone here.
