Troubleshooting

Will you guys be providing refunds to everyone since you guys couldn't provide the service properly? Or at least a credit for people who would want to use this again next year? Or some form of compensation?

 

You keep saying thank you for your patience to everyone, but haven't actually provided any sort of proof or progress report that's trustworthy. If it doesn't update by Saturday, then what will you guys do?
