I called CRA for this N1 error message, they told me that my first name as shown in SIN card is Ik Sun ( with space), but I ve been filling no problem with name Iksun ( no space) . So CRA told me that try with Ik Sun , my Question is can I re-submit with my name format changed ?
Were you able to edit the name, but the return still did not go through? If that's the case, you'll need to print and mail your return because it's been rejected by CRA.
