Dear TT _Susan:
I appreciate that you're trying to help with various activation code issues (e.g., 603), however it is not working at all.
The phone # that you are pointing us to cannot help with this issue ... I tried and was redirected to another (general) number where I was told that Tech Support is not their problem.
What I/we need is for someone from Tech Support (not TAX Support) to access my account/profile and correct the # of activations currently used (2/3) as I installed TT 2025 on 2 PCs (3rd one crashed and is not recoverable).
This is a 30-second fix ... What else can I say?
