This is the deluxe online edition. Why do I have to re-enter the activation code each time I want to get in? It the refuses my opening my return, which I now have almost completed.

@hankstar1 You must prepare and submit your return using his account. Since the online edition product can only be connected to a single account, this is not an issue.

I purchased the Turbo tax deluxe online edition at Walmart. I then went to turbotax.ca/activate and there is know where to enter the activation code.

I bought a turbo tax standard for 8 return for my family, I tried to activate the licence code, after each attemption, I keep receiving the folleoing message: invalde code and suggest to communicate with the folloing number [phone number removed] located in India which they ask me to authoroze them to access to my computer remotly.
I did not authorize them. I am wpnderin if turbo Tax team are aware of that and where to find the link to activate the licence code without authorizing a third party as stated by the agent in India with French name???!!!
