I order the duplicated products. I have request the refund for the product and get the case number. I checked the case is closed and I still havent received any refund!

 

Troubleshooting

Since you used the TurboTax Do it Yourself (Online) product, one order is for two returns, while the other is for the same version, TurboTax Self-Employed Online 2025, for a single return.
