Turbo Tax claims the disabled amount on line 60720 when there is no amount present on line 58440 or 58480 when CRA's forms clearly state the amount can only be claimed if an amount is claimed at line 58440 or 58480. 

This effects your Family Tax Benefit amount on line 12 of MB428-A

This is definitely a bug in the Turbo Tax software that needs to be fixed.
