Getting message that government hasn't prepared all their forms yet

Desktop Version: Getting message that government hasn't prepared all their forms yet, yet it's March 12th 2026 and there are no available updates. I can't save my declarations to PDF. It goes through Review and then I get the message the the government (CRA) still hasn't produced all their forms yet. 

 

Another problem I'm having, trying to file for Quebec via ImpotNet and the file online radio button is greyed, yet nothing should be preventing it. Yesterday, I attempted filing and it was asking for last years Notice of Assessment number (numéro d'avis). Today, it's not asking for anything. Button is greyed for online filing.

Troubleshooting

Try going into Forms mode and look to see if any forms that you don't need are open. If you do see one that you don't need, choose Edit > Forms > Clear Current Form, then Edit > Forms > Close Unused Forms to get rid of it.
