How do I view messages in my TurboTax Canada Full Service Premier?

How do I view messages in my TurboTax Canada Full Service Premier?

 

I see no bell option on the turbotax website nor in the TurboTax app, but I received an email shortly after my TurboTax expert call saying there is a message for me. CLicking the link logs me in to TurboTax but no option to view messages. Currently stuck on Status of Share my docs which I have already done.

I have put in a request for someone from the full service team to give you a call.
