@polarhalo4786 Make sure your Windows OS is up to date. For installation issues, make sure you are following these points:

• You have the administrator rights on the profile you are installing TurboTax on. 
• You are not trying to install on a cloud. 
• Turn off your antivirus software and Windows Defender before installation & be sure to turn it back on after. 
• Try this link to download TY24: https://intuitglobal.intuit.com/downloads/CanadaTax/2024/dls/TurboTax_2024.exe
