spent over 70 minutes on phone with help desk concerning form TP-1079.8.be. Information should carryforward from T1135 but it does not. I use forms not easy step. Help desk still made me go through easystep which did not help.
There is obviously a problem with this new form. I do not want to use overide function in order to be able to use direct transmission. I have seen other people had issues with this topic but answers did not help.
very disappointed with person trying to help as he was obviously mixing many tax forms, and I had to reexplain multiple times
