Troubleshooting
I have this same exact problem. I wanted to go back to the older versions of TurboTax to look at previous information, but after an update, it said that I had used the maximum number of license codes. Now I cannot log in. There is also no option to decline the update, you are forced to click 'Yes'.
TurboTax, please fix this problem. Contacting support did not help.
