Issue Accessing TurboTax 2020 Software After Purchase

I recently purchased the TurboTax 2020 software for $27 because the website indicated that filing for that year was still possible. However, I’m not able to use the link or access the software to complete my taxes.

Could you please advise how I can access the software?

Troubleshooting

I have emailed your purchase receipt for TurboTax Basic 2020 with the license code.

You have purchased TurboTax Desktop; you need to download the software onto your computer from this link. 

https://intuitglobal.intuit.com/downloads/CanadaTax/2020/dls/TurboTax_2020.exe

Install it, and, as you follow the steps, the application will ask you to activate your product. Here's a link explaining all the steps involved in installing the Desktop version
