I purchased the Turbo Tax Premier package for 2025 from Sam's Club. I have used Turbo Tax for many years. When trying to load the product, I noticed it was the Canadian version and I live in California. I tried to get out of it and could not. Also, I could not get to the page that requires the license code. The only things that came up was TT asking me to upgrade, etc. I could not get away from those requests. I was so frustrated that I just quit and ended up going with a new online tax program. I am requesting a refund of $83.00. I can't understand how TT could have changed the programs they sell so much one cannot even get into it. I am very disappointed.
