I also agree, very disappointing not having a YOY comparison. I also found this version for 2024 very confusing and difficult to navigate. Not happy with it at all, you should go back to the old version.

@bindibob In TurboTax Online, if you transferred your 2023 info into your 2024 return, then the year over year comparison is in the Review section after the page where you certify your info.

please give me the steps required to access the year-over-year comparison. When I called in, they explained it over the phone but I can't remember (it isn't intuitive) and I can't find it now. It use to be very easy., I DO NOT like the changes you made for 2024.

@user17579677797 If you are using TurboTax Online, you just need to go through the Review. The year over year comparison is after the page where you certify your info, if you transferred your 2023 info into your 2024 return.
To go through the Review, go to the Tax Home page (2024 tax return on the left), and click on "Review”.

Me too. Before filing, the year over year was there ---- very useful, but I stupidly thought I could come back to it, but it was gone after I filed the 2025 return. Year over year is very useful, and I like to keep it so that I can see how things changed and check to see why. Unfortunately, my instinct to print everything I think I'll refer to did not kick in, and my assumptions instinct overruled it. As if the program wasn't confusing enough, even though I have used it many times, they have to change things (that don't seem necessary, and of course, change the order of pages, and insert extra steps, until my brain gives up. Why insert a page and then delete it? Why not delete it just before filing or save it as a draft, and delete it from the filed copy.

2025 version is likewise a terrible torture to get through, no logical flow or instructions, just have to guess what to do, and its really horrible to go back and find something.
