CAPTCHA error rejecting transmission

When I try to transmit my return, I get the following message and the transmission fails:

 

"Your transmission didn't go through We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Your reCAPTCHA response hit a snag. Please try to e-file again and if that fails contact customer service."

 

I have contacted customer service and have gone through the process of cleaning cache, cookies, etc. etc. but nothing works. What else can I do?
