Troubleshooting

  • I have been having exact the same problem on the same page. I called technical support center 3 times in last 3 weeks. They all told me that when the team fixes the problem, they would contact me by email. They also told me that don't uninstall and reinstall the turbotax which you just recommended. I have been waiting for the mail, but I would like to file my tax as soon as possible, not in last minutes. I also tried another computer, but the same result. So it's not our side of the problems for sure.
