Yes, thanks, it makes sense that this will work, but I don't think that solution is ideal as this statement is not true... he does have a significant physical impairment. However, as long as it doesn't affect being able to use the DTC in future if needed (which it shouldn't as the DTC application has been filed and accepted) it should be ok.
