I have cleared my browser and talked to a representative today.
I am still getting only so far and then the "puppy picture" comes up saying something has went wrong.
I have completed 4 tax returns and have two more to do

At what point do you encounter this error? Have you ever tried starting a new return? If not, we recommend starting a new return. If the error persists after stating over a return, please let us know. Thank you.
