Troubleshooting

@Northcape77 CRA Result Code 15 indicates that your NETFILE account is locked due to too many failed attempts (usually five) to submit your tax return. Your account is blocked from further electronic submission. To unlock it, you must contact the CRA's individual tax inquiry line. Unfortunately, this is not a TurboTax error, and we are unable to fix or unlock your account.

 

I will also suggest checking the question in your profile and making sure you didn't answer "Yes' to the question, "Are you filing for the first time?"
