@Rjshoney Error 607 usually means a version mismatch. Ensure you aren't trying to use a TurboTax Online code for the Desktop software (or vice versa), as they aren't interchangeable. Check your Amazon receipt to confirm which version you purchased and verify that your 16-digit code matches the platform you installed.
Most licence code issues can be resolved by carefully double-checking and reentering the code or making sure that you are using the right product.
If you purchased TurboTax Online, you must activate the code to link it to your Intuit Online account. Please use this link to activate it for your account. This code can only be activated once in a single account. All returns must be filed from this account.

If you bought TurboTax Desktop, you need to download the software onto your computer from this link.
