I too completed both returns and submitted to CRA netfile for refund of more than what is showing on turbotax summary after the fact. CAI now says I am not eligible?
Your returns were filed properly. The issue has been repaired by our software team and your Notice of Assessment will confirm that you did properly claim the CAI.
