Cannot access turbotax for reFile - tax years 2022 and 2021

I neglected to claim an "amount for eligible dependant" the last 5 years.Online sources tell me i should be able to do a reFile in Turbo Tax by signing into that year and following the proceedure however, I was never able to find the reFile option in the 2025 version of the software.

I was able to make the changes in year 2024 and 2023 by changing the url from https://ww1.2025.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com to https://ww1.2024.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com and https://ww1.2023.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com and signing in. However for 2022 and 2021 I was presented a "403 Forbidden" message.

Is there a trick I am missing in order to reFile my 2022 and 2021 returns using Turbo Tax?

The CRA "Change My Return" will not allow me to update the appropriate lines as I need an updated schedule 5 form. CRA support told me I would need to mail a paper request in order to get this process started.

TurboTax Online is no longer available for 2022 and 2021. You can print & mail a T1-ADJ T1 Adjustment Request from the CRA website.

This is absolutely unacceptable. As a business owner we need to account for our filings for atleast 6 years and can be audited, we NEED access to the program we PAID FOR!!!! I NEED TO check inputs I entered for gst. 2022 is only a 3 tax seasons past incl 2025 present 1. GST inputs can only be 4 years retro applied, you SHOULD NEVER CLOSE OFF THE PROGRAM this short. Shame on you.
